The chair pockets allow each student to keep their safe folder, library books, and other supplies neatly organized at their table, making it easy for them to grab what they need without disrupting the class. For example, during our reading lessons, students can quickly pull out their skills notebooks from their chair pocket, which helps keep the flow of the lesson moving smoothly and minimizes distractions. These chair pockets not only keep things organized, but they also encourage responsibility as students are able to manage their own materials independently.\r\n\r\nWhen my students first saw the new chair pockets, their reactions were filled with excitement and curiosity. They were especially happy to see that they each had their own chair pocket. Several students remarked about how nice they looked, and I could see that they felt a sense of pride in having something new and personal to keep their materials in. \r\n\r\nThis next steps for my students involve continuing to use their chair pockets to keep their supplies neat and organized!
