When I first saw it, I knew it would be a wonderful addition to our classroom, but I never imagined how quickly it would become such an important and special part of our daily routine.\r\n\r\nThis rug has become the heart of our classroom. Every day, my students gather together on it to listen to stories, participate in morning meetings, have class discussions, learn new songs, and enjoy music activities with our instruments. 📚🎶 We use it for movement activities, learning games, group activities, and so many of our daily lessons. It has given us a comfortable and inviting space where everyone can come together, learn, and share experiences.\r\n\r\nOne of my favorite things about the rug is watching my students choose their favorite smiley face to sit on. 😊 They get so excited about the different faces, and it is such a simple thing that brings so many smiles to their little faces. Sometimes I look around during story time or music and see all of my students sitting on their smiley faces, engaged and happy, and it reminds me how meaningful even the smallest classroom additions can be.\r\n\r\nThe rug has also helped create a stronger sense of community in our classroom. In TK, so much of our learning happens through connection, play, movement, and being together. Having a special space where we can all gather has helped my students practice listening to one another, taking turns, participating in group activities, and feeling like they truly belong. It has become a place where friendships are growing, confidence is building, and so many memories are being made.\r\n\r\nIt has also made our classroom feel warmer, happier, and more welcoming. A classroom rug may seem like a simple item, but for young children, having a comfortable, colorful space where they can gather makes such a difference. It has transformed an area of our classroom into a place where my students can learn, laugh, sing, listen, move, and feel safe and comfortable.\r\n\r\nI am so incredibly grateful that you chose to support my classroom and my students.
