What started as a classroom craft activity quickly became a meaningful lesson about kindness, generosity, and thinking about others.\r\n\r\nAs we continue this project, my students are learning that even small acts of kindness can brighten someone's day. They are practicing creativity, communication, and teamwork while making their bracelets and cards. Our next step is to complete our projects and share them with members of our community. The voice amplifier has made a big difference during lessons, allowing students to clearly hear vocabulary and pronunciation in both languages during whole-group instruction.\r\nThe Crayola markers and shatterproof mirror were especially impactful during our self-portrait project. Students carefully observed their features and proudly described their drawings using vocabulary in both languages. Thanks to your support, I am able to create engaging, hands-on lessons that build language development, confidence, and creativity. The experience helped students understand the value of generosity and made kindness feel purposeful and fun.\r\nMoving forward, students will continue building on this project through lessons focused on empathy, gratitude, and community involvement. The hands-on nature of the materials has helped boost confidence, particularly for students who benefit from tactile learning and need extra support with early literacy skills.\r\nMoving forward, students will continue using the Spanish letter tubs to strengthen phonics, spelling, and early reading skills.
