Your generous donation has been put to very good use. The class uses the purchased magnetic activities each and every day! After our daily math lessons are completed, students rotate through 5 different hands on math bins (one for each day of the week). The magnetic cars and tracks and the magnetic building sticks are put in two of the math bins. Students get so excited when they have the magnetic toys as a rotation. They have the freedom to create and build with their peers. This is so fun to watch! I've also noticed that good conversation and problem solving skills are initiated through these activities. You have made a difference in our classroom and we are so grateful for your kindness. Some are game boards and some we do digitally. I was also able to purchase worksheets to compliment our learning. Lastly, I invested in an intervention program that I can use with students who struggle. Every dollar was wisely spent! We use them each and every day! To start the school year off we individually test students using iPads. In order to be efficient, we do several students at once and so headphones are a must. We also rotate through learning stations each day. Students have different assignments to complete on their iPads. This would not be successful without the headphones. Students stay focused and noise distractions are gone.\r\nThe comfort and ease of these headphones has been a bonus as well. Students love them. They are bright and colorful and fill us with joy!
