The storage pouches have transformed our daily routines by giving students organized stations with markers, highlighters, whiteboards, and erasers all in one place. We now spend more time learning and less time searching for supplies.\r\n\r\nThe sticky coordinate planes and paper trimmer have completely changed how my students engage with mathematics. We can now create anchor charts that students glue directly into their journals, building personalized reference guides they'll use all year long. Even better, we can resize the sticky coordinate planes to fit right in their journals! Instead of working only with abstract numbers and equations, students can now physically manipulate points and visualize transformations like rotations, translations, and reflections. One of my proudest moments this semester was watching my Algebra students work through graphing systems of inequalities. Many of these students have struggled with abstract algebraic concepts all year, but with the coordinate plane, they could finally see the solution regions taking shape right in front of them. Students who had been frustrated and confused suddenly understood in just one lesson how to identify solutions when graphing a system of inequalities. The \"aha\" moment on their faces was incredible, and they were genuinely excited about math!\r\n\r\nThe hanging plants have also made a meaningful difference. Students often comment on how calming and welcoming the space feels now. I've included a photo of them exiting class with the leaves hanging around the doorway. This small detail has helped transform our math classroom into a true learning community where students feel comfortable taking risks and asking questions. \r\n\r\nLooking ahead, we'll continue using all these materials throughout the spring semester as we tackle more complex topics. I'm already planning collaborative activities where students will use the organizational materials for group problem solving, and the coordinate planes will be essential for our upcoming unit on linear functions. \r\n\r\nThank you for making it possible to bring these hands on, engaging resources into my classroom. You've truly made a difference in how my students experience mathematics.","fullyFundedDate":1761853635191,"projectUrl":"project/ms-arnals-middle-school-math-classroom/9831494/","projectTitle":"Ms. Arnal's Middle School Math Classroom: Supplies to Inspire Learning","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Arnal","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp5667474_orig.jpg?crop=1186,1186,x0,y79&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1746824813462","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/5667474"},{"teacherId":7389746,"projectId":9451689,"letterContent":"Thanks to your generous support, this project made a meaningful difference in our kindergarten classroom!\r\n\r\nEvery day, my students use the materials you helped fund to explore, create, and build essential fine motor and writing skills. Students use them during centers every day, and I've seen noticeable improvement in how they trace, follow patterns, and take pride in their work.\r\n\r\nThe washable marker sets added joy and creativity to our lessons. Having their own markers has motivated students to participate more in drawing, labeling, and interactive writing. The mesh storage bags have also supported independence—students are now able to keep their materials organized and ready to use, which has made transitions smoother and more efficient.\r\n\r\nThe paper cutter has been a tremendous help for me, saving time and allowing me to prepare hands-on activities more effectively.","fullyFundedDate":1757683160927,"projectUrl":"project/little-hands-big-dreams-materials-for/9451689/","projectTitle":"Little Hands, Big Dreams: Materials for Success","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Arambula","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp7389746_orig.jpg?crop=1628,1628,x0,y119&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1609738982611","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/7389746"},{"teacherId":8501502,"projectId":9421404,"letterContent":"Thank you SO much for your generous donation!\r\nThe new materials have brought so much excitement and order to our classroom. My students love the new automatic pencil sharpener because it makes getting their pencils ready so quick and easy. Before, we often lost learning time waiting for someone to sharpen pencils, but now students can do it themselves and get right back to their work. The pencil toppers have also been a big hit, helping each child keep track of their own supplies and feel responsible for their learning tools.\r\nOur new books have quickly become class favorites during read-aloud time. The students are eager to pick which story we'll share next and often ask to hear them again. These moments have built a stronger love of reading and created a cozy classroom community where everyone is excited to listen and learn together. The organization materials have helped everything run smoothly, allowing us to focus more on learning and less on searching for missing supplies.\r\nOne of my quieter students has really blossomed since we received these resources. She used to shy away from group activities, but now she confidently helps sharpen pencils and chooses books for storytime.
