Over the years I have reached out to Donors Choose to help support my students and my classroom. And everytime donors are there supporting my students.\r\n\r\nThis project was about organizing my materials for our Free Time Activities. It's goal was simple, but the impact has been huge. Instead of trying to located and pull materials from multiple areas in my classroom I now have 2 tubs per month that are organized and ready to go. An added bonus that I was not expecting is there is room to grow with our activities. I am able to wheel the display around to where I need to, as well as easily change materials on the display. Being double sided, it offers a lot of extra \"wall space.\"\r\n\r\nMy students were SO excited when the box arrived and when I got it set up. This has made learning more interactive as well, because they are able to manipulate the things on the board because it is easily accessible. \r\n\r\nThis has made a real difference in my classroom and display the many resources that come with the curriculum. Watching kindergarteners react to new tools for our classroom is priceless! They were so excited for new tools to use! It also gave me the opportunity to explain to them about our donors that funded our classroom. It was a great social skills lesson and they were so engaged listening to it. \r\n\r\nMy students use their flexible seating at the art station or during Stem Bin stations. The seats give them the flexibility of fidgeting without distraction to the whole class. \r\nAs a Kindergarten teacher, you can never have enough playdough and our donors graciously supplied us for the whole year!
