One moment that stood out to me was seeing multiple drills going at the same time with no one standing around. Just energy, focus, and work. That's the kind of practice environment we've been trying to build, and you helped make that happen.\r\nWhen the footballs came in, the excitement was real. The boys were hyped, but more than that, they felt seen. For a lot of them, this showed that somebody out there believes in them and what they're trying to do. That means more than you probably realize. It gave them a boost, not just in practice, but in how they carry themselves as student-athletes.
