Those who have autism and regular students as well who just need a calming area to take a break. Having this has been such a huge hit in my room that I am going to order a second one, that way students are able to have more than one person use the area. Some students enjoy playing with it, while others enjoy just touching the cube to calm down and relax. When my students are overwhelmed we turn the lights off and play music that goes with the cube. Students are usually able to help self-regulate within 15-20 minutes.
