When the chair attachments arrived, I put them on the chair feet right away. It was easy to install them, the base of the chair legs sit right in. When the students first saw the new additions, one student asked \"why are there plungers on the chairs?\" The students laughed and talked with each other about what the new additions were. In each of my group sessions, we had a conversation about my reasons for the project and our amazing donors that helped bring the idea to our classroom. \r\n\r\nThe students noticed the difference immediately when they sat down. Over the past month with the attachments on the chairs, I have noticed that the students are moving their bodies and are more engaged while they are working during lessons. More importantly, I asked the students to write about the benefits they have found with the Wobble feet. Common replies included that they like them because: they wobble a lot, they can rock in the chair, they can bounce up and down, and they can lean back easier. One student wrote, \"Wobble chairs let me move a little and relieve stress.\" Another wrote, \"they help me with paying attention in class. I get to fidget around. It feels like I am in a rocking chair. I like to bounce around. I really like it and I wish I had them in my other classes.\"\r\n\r\nThe students noticed how one small, environmental change made a soothing, impactful difference in our classroom learning.
