I bring my students to my table for small group instruction, to ensure that students comprehend lessons being taught. The photos submitted were us working on fractions! I introduced new vocabulary, with pictures, numbers, and examples! The learning that is taking place in my classroom with this table is phenomenal! The kids are excited to learn and I'm excited to teach at this special table.\r\nWhen the staff assembled the table and it was in the room, my students were ecstatic! They all wanted to write on it and come to small group! If I didn't see them that day during math they were sooo disappointed to where I had to ensure that we ALL had some type of small group! So I pulled the other groups during reading just so they could experience learning foundational skills on the table that day! It was magical! \r\nSo a big thank you from Ms. Simmons and my 2nd grade class! We now can have more intimate moments together and it is all because of your generosity! It has created a cozy space where they can comfortably sit in a square, enhancing their learning experience.\r\n\r\nThe excitement in the classroom has been palpable since the arrival of the rug. The students couldn't stop smelling, touching, and admiring all the vibrant letters. I'm currently using it for small group activities focused on letter identification, as well as for gross motor activities that combine movement with learning.
