These portable schedules have been transformative as they help students understand what comes next in their day, creating predictability that has significantly reduced challenging behaviors in the classroom. The vibrant communication board and visual aids we've printed have become essential tools for supporting student communication, comprehension, and engagement during instruction. This project has extended far beyond our classroom walls. We've used the color printer to create visually appealing materials for parents including color visual aids and informational handouts that help families understand the benefits of visual supports and how they can implement these strategies at home.
