The reaction of the students was one of surprise. They wanted to know if they could sit there, and it is stressed that it is a quiet space meant for reading. The teachers were also fans of the space. This math and reading program is personalized to individually meet each student's needs, therefore needing individual sets of headphones is vital so students can hear and work on their individual learning path without interrupting their classmates. They can focus so much better! \r\n\r\n Before getting these new headphones, it was challenging to hear things clearly...one side would work, but the other one wouldn't, some headphones would crackle and be just generally hard to hear, jacks were bent and wouldn't seat into the port properly which didn't allow the headphones to work at all, or cords were knotted which distorted the sound. Now, with the gift of these new headphones, we don't have any of the above mentioned issues anymore. Your donations have made such an impact to my students learning.
