My students have absolutely loved the chairs and have used them every day since we received them. These chairs allow my students to move and rock while they sit at the table, and they love them! By providing my students with the opportunity to move while they learn, they have been more engaged and emotionally regulated during instruction. The movements students are able to make in these chairs are stimulating, but still safe, as the chairs are very stable. I often find my students softly rocking in them while they work. The next step too my project is to have students experiment with the other ways these chairs can be used as they sit around the room. I am implementing these new ways to sit very slowly to enforce the expectations fully as I do so. \r\n\r\nAs I said before, my students love these chairs! They were in awe when we first got them, and I have been so proud of how responsibly they have used them. They make learning so much easier for my students. My students can sit comfortably at the table with plenty of room to move and rock.
