This resource has already made a meaningful difference for my students. I can now print reading passages, math practice, graphic organizers, vocabulary activities, and differentiated materials directly in our classroom. This allows me to respond quickly when students need additional practice, extra support, or a more challenging activity.\r\n\r\nOne special moment was when students received newly printed materials that matched exactly what they were learning and practicing that day. They were excited to have their own clear copies and immediately got ready to work. The printer has also helped students feel more successful because I can provide visual supports, step-by-step practice, and activities at different learning levels without making anyone feel singled out.\r\n\r\nOur next steps are to continue using the printer to create targeted small-group lessons and practice materials based on student assessment results. Students will use these resources to strengthen their reading comprehension, writing, vocabulary, and math skills, track their progress, and work toward their individual learning goals.\r\n\r\nThis printer is more than a piece of classroom equipment. It gives me the flexibility to meet students' needs in the moment and ensures they have the materials necessary to participate fully in each lesson. Because of you, our classroom library has become a dynamic space where students are building critical reading skills every day. These new books are helping students analyze characters and themes, ask thoughtful questions, use text evidence to support their thinking, grow their vocabulary, and develop empathy by exploring diverse perspectives. Your gift has strengthened both their academic growth and their love of reading.\r\n\r\nReading in our classroom is active and meaningful. Students engage in lively small-group discussions, annotate texts with purpose, make predictions, and share book recommendations with one another. Our read-alouds spark thoughtful conversations, and independent reading time is filled with genuine excitement. Books are no longer just assignments — they are opportunities for students to think deeply and connect personally.\r\n\r\nThe impact has been especially powerful for students who once struggled with engagement or confidence. Several have found stories that reflect their interests or experiences, inspiring them to read more at home and participate more fully in class discussions. Because of your support, our students are not only growing as readers, but also as confident leaders and learners. We are deeply grateful for your partnership and belief in our classroom.","fullyFundedDate":1763932342764,"projectUrl":"project/lead-learn-and-grow/9768311/","projectTitle":"Lead , Learn and Grow!","teacherDisplayName":"Mr. Quiroz","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp10291188_orig.jpg?crop=2048,2048,x0,y0&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1758999973992","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/10291188"},{"teacherId":10072437,"projectId":9490629,"letterContent":"I am very excited to share that my students and I are beyond grateful for all the supplies provided. The pencils have been incredibly helpful across all subjects. What's truly wonderful is that my third graders are currently preparing for the State Exams, so having materials that support their writing is a huge help. Going from not having enough pencils to now having high-quality ones that will last through the end of the 2025 school year has brought so much excitement to our classroom. My students are writing with enthusiasm and getting ready for what's ahead.\r\n\r\nThe Easel Pads have also been a fantastic addition! They encourage creativity and teamwork as groups of three students collaborate on each large sheet. This has quickly become one of their favorite tools to use during lessons.\r\n\r\nAnd the mechanical sharpener—what a hit! The kids were thrilled when they saw it; some even gave it a name: Robosharpen! It was wonderful to see their faces light up as they used it for the first time. They especially love that it's quieter and smoother than our old sharpener.","fullyFundedDate":1760625805401,"projectUrl":"project/sharpening-minds-one-pencil-at-a-time/9490629/","projectTitle":"Sharpening Minds, One Pencil at a Time","teacherDisplayName":"Mr. Sanchez","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp10072437_orig.jpg?crop=1:1,smart&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1753288235768","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/10072437"}],"pageName":"schoolpage_58728","usesDonorsChoose":true,"infoPageType":"school","demographicsInfo":{"numStudents":476,"numTeachers":38,"percentFrplEligible":95,"percentAsian":0,"percentBlack":3,"percentWhite":0,"percentIndigenous":0,"percentLatinx":95,"showFreeAndReducedPriceLunchInfo":true,"showDemographicsInfo":true,"sourceTooltipString":"the National Center for Education Statistics","percentHawaiianImputed":0,"percentMultiracialImputed":0,"gradesServed":"K - 5","studentTeacherRatio":"12.5:1","demographicsDataSource":"MDR School","equityFocus":true,"titleOne":true,"metroType":"URBAN","ncesMetroType":"CITY_LARGE"},"inStateSupporters":64.9,"schoolId":58728,"financialInfo":null,"twitterShareText":"Learn more about J.B.
