Many of my students are new to the country and just beginning to learn English, and math can feel intimidating—especially when it's taught in a language they're still acquiring. Now, I can create color-coded, handwritten explanations of math problems in real time, which I display during lessons and small group support. The Apple Pencil makes this feel as natural and fluid as writing on paper, but with the added bonus of being able to quickly erase, zoom in, and annotate over visuals or student work.\r\n\r\nThe Magic Keyboard has been essential for lesson planning, remote video tutoring, and efficiency. With it, I've been able to remotely support students in English and Spanish, breaking down key math concepts. These remote tutoring sessions have become especially helpful for students who were absent or are still building confidence in English.\r\n\r\nMore than anything, these tools have helped level the playing field. My students are more engaged, ask more questions, and now have access to resources they can understand, regardless of language barriers. Several students have told me that being able to review math steps in their home language has made them feel \"less scared of math.\"\r\n\r\nYour support didn't just provide technology—it provided access, dignity, and equity.
