Having new things to explore helps my students build confidence, learn to work together, and solve problems—all through play.\r\n\r\nOne of my favorite moments is when a group of students go to our road rug and build a whole city with our wooden blocks. They play with the Hot Wheels and drive them all over the rug. They shared ideas and helped each other, practicing important skills like talking, sharing, and taking turns. This kind of play helps them grow in so many ways, from learning new words to making friends.\r\n\r\nThe puzzles, trains, and cars will keep inspiring creative play during centers and free play.
