The students that I work with daily often do not have access to what they need at home. When they come to school we go above and beyond to meet their needs and more. Access to the sensory materials has been game changing for them. \r\n Often times children become dysregulated during gross motor time as there are more students in the area that they are used to. Being able to create a calming area for them to access independently is something that has helped many students make improvements in their self regulation skills. \r\n Early childhood often goes under funded. Fortunately for my students, your generosity has shined a light on things that they did not have access to before and our administration has noticed the impact of the materials.
