The Ticonderoga pencils and FriXion erasable pens support writing practice, while the EXPO markers make math, phonics, and spelling activities more interactive. The Crayola colored pencils and washable markers add creativity to writing and classroom projects. One of my favorite moments is seeing students proudly illustrate their writing after completing their sentences. When they first see all the new supplies, their excitement is immediate. They are especially eager to choose colors and use the fresh markers during their lessons.\r\n\r\nThese resources are helping us build strong learning routines while giving students the tools they need to work independently and confidently. As we continue through our current lessons, students are practicing writing complete sentences, strengthening their reading skills, and explaining their thinking in math. They are also learning to revise their work and add details to their writing and illustrations. Having dependable supplies available every day allows us to spend more time learning and creating.","fullyFundedDate":1785167236671,"projectUrl":"project/essential-supplies-for-first-grade-learn/10344501/","projectTitle":"Essential Supplies for First Grade Learning","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Cabrera","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-7_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/cabrera1st"},{"teacherId":2461855,"projectId":9981769,"letterContent":"Thank you so much for your generous donation. The cleaning materials have already begun to make a difference. We had never seen a container that big with all those Clorox wipes! Our tables are cleaner and healthier. We all know littles put everything in their mouths and the wipes ensure that the bacteria and germs are kept to a minimum.\r\n\r\nWe have also added the fidget bands to the chairs and have seen the impact immediately. Students are standing up less during meal times and they are concentrating on eating and hands on activities more. At first they were not sure what to do, I let them explore and they figured it out quickly. When their little feet are busy, their minds and hands stay concentrated on the lesson. \r\n\r\nThe cleaning clothes have also helped us keep their ipads clean.
