One highlight was building and programming a guitar that plays musical notes—students wrote code to assign sounds to inputs and immediately saw how coding connects to music and design. Another favorite was a student-coded version of the Operation game, where precision, logic, and problem-solving came together in a fun and challenging way.\r\n\r\nStudents also designed marble mazes with self-timers, requiring them to think critically about both physical design and programming accuracy. To top it off, they created tiny lighted Christmas houses, learning how to control LEDs and timing while bringing their projects to life in a festive and meaningful way.\r\n\r\nThese projects gave students the opportunity to collaborate, troubleshoot, and persevere through real-world challenges. Many of them experienced the excitement of seeing their code work exactly as intended—and learning how to fix it when it didn't.
