They also are enjoying the different types of fidgets that we received! We have them in baskets in the classroom, and the students use them when they feel they need a moment or two to get back on track. They also love the colorful cushions that we received. It has made a huge impact on the day-to-day management of our students with diabetes. \r\n\r\nWith your donation, we were able to supply our health office with an iPad that we are able to track our diabetics blood sugar throughout the school day. With close monitoring, we are able to intervene and provide preventative care before their blood sugar reaches an unsafe level. This allows our students to remain in class which results in minimal disruptions to their academic learning. \r\n\r\nOur students have directly felt the impact as it means they can spend more time in the classroom with their peers, instead of in the health office.
