One special moment that stood out was when a student who often struggles with reading successfully built and read a full CVC sentence using the word-building pocket chart. The smile on their face and the pride they felt was unforgettable—it was a breakthrough moment made possible by your support.\r\n\r\nThe math resources have been just as impactful. Students use the number line boards, counting tools, and place value cards daily to build number sense and confidence. The pop-it number boards and magnetic money have made math more interactive and accessible, especially for students who benefit from sensory learning. When the materials first arrived, the excitement in the room was immediate. Students were eager to explore, touch, and use everything. Even those who are usually hesitant to participate were engaged and ready to learn. These tools have helped turn challenging lessons into opportunities for success and joy.\r\n\r\nLooking ahead, we will continue using these resources to strengthen both literacy and math skills through small group instruction and independent centers. Students will work on blending sounds, reading fluently, and writing simple sentences using the phonics materials. In math, they will build on their understanding of numbers, addition, and real-world concepts like money.
