Although my school is a brand new building, the classrooms are much smaller than the original building. I needed to figure out a way to keep my students organized and seated without having to get up to go to the cubbies to get their materials. \r\n This is where DonorsChoose came into play. I was so excited when my project got funded. When the seat sacks arrived at the school, I opened the box in front of my students. They were screaming and yelling with excitement about their new seat sacks. Their previous seat sacks were plastic ones from the Dollar Tree that did not last a week. \r\n The new seat sacks are being used by the students to store all of their materials and supplies that are needed to make their school day go smoother. I do not have to wait for students to go to their cubby to get their materials which was time consuming. Let's not forget about my rolling desk. This has been a lifesaver.
