Now, during PE, we are able to offer a multitude of activities that appeal to all the students. So far we have started playing soccer, which they LOVE! We have also been practicing using our jump ropes in a variety of ways to help with balancing skills. \r\n We haven't been able to use the parachute yet due to the weather, but we can't wait to do so. The students are super excited to get out, be active, and play with the new equipment. Many of our prior headphones would only work in one ear or would fall out of the USB ports. Now, when I am working with small groups, the other students are able to quietly work on mathematics and language art skills on their computer. \r\n Previously, the non-working headphones would cause disruptions during my small group instruction as I needed to help fix a headphone or the headphones wpuldn't work and the computer sounds would also disrupt my small group instruction. Now, with our new headphones, I am able to teach and my students are able to learn without distraction.
