The impact that this campaign has had on my students was immediately felt. With the resources we received I have been able to get almost every student on a new mouthpiece who was in need of one. Students who had been struggling previously on old, worn out, or damaged equipment are now able to play more easily and have been able to progress and participate more fully.\r\n\r\nThrough this campaign, my entire saxophone section is now playing on new and matching mouthpieces. My low brass - trombones, euphoniums, & tubas - had the same impact. Every student who was given a new mouthpiece had an immediate moment of happiness at how easy and free it was to play their instruments. This is entirely due to the resources you provided my students.\r\n\r\nWith these new mouthpieces, my students are excited for the year to come. Students who were previously timid are now confident and playing out in rehearsals. I have students excited to be playing and new students interested in auditioning for local honors bands as well as my jazz program. The students have been given a new opportunity to improve their skills and continue their musical journey.
