I have more materials to use in order to adapt and differentiate learning materials for students. All students have access to grade level content and work, but for some students the materials are adapted and differentiated in order for student to be able to access the content and learn appropriately. These materials are my tools to provide students with resources to do their best learning. From all the explode the code books to the practicing math number writing, students learning has been elevated. They have not only been learning more, but also enjoying learning through fun activities. \r\n\r\nThe sand and magnetic tiles have also brought a lot of joy to our classroom stations. Students have opportunities to explore their imagination using these tools and choosing to work collaboratively or independently. Students have also enjoyed using these materials on the days we have had indoor recess due to weather. Students have expressed how they feel like they are still in their home countrys when they get to play and touch the sand. Thank you so much for your donations and investing in our class project! Students have had the opportunity to color with skin tone crayons. Learn how to draw people and appropriately color them. Students have had access to crayons during the school day and to take home if parents have not been able to afford it in order to complete homework. This had really made a difference in homework completion and most importantly in students participating in class work involving coloring. Students have been more enthusiastic when drawing pictures with their work and then coloring them in. It has been wonderful seeing students use their imagination when drawing and coloring. \r\n\r\nThe chair buddy backs have been one of the most helpful tools with helping students keep their things organized. They have all their materials in the back of their chairs nice and organized and keep them clean. When they have tried over stuffing them, they haven't been able to look through them, which has helped keep them clutter and trash free.
