Technology isn't just in our classroom but it is in every aspect of our student's lives. The more exposure we as educators and supporters of our students can give them, gives them the knowledge and tools for the next chapter of their lives post high school. Teaching them about the many aspects of technology not just social media but how important it is to gain permission and be aware of online safety. \r\n\r\nThe soundboard and microphones have been amazing. Recording with the students and seeing how fun they make simple tools is the best part from a teacher's point of view. Adding sound effects to their discussions has been fun and the ability for them to use the mini mics to interview outside the recording room is also fun. My technology students are always five and under so my students who join the class are the ones that get excited about using the equipment and hopefully as they begin to see the results of what the equipment is, gets more interest.","fullyFundedDate":1743634389901,"projectUrl":"project/backing-the-pack-talk-with-us/9162328/","projectTitle":"Backing the Pack, Talk with Us!","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Pool","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-3_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/8358765"}],"pageName":"schoolpage_57793","usesDonorsChoose":true,"infoPageType":"school","demographicsInfo":{"numStudents":86,"numTeachers":8,"percentFrplEligible":84,"percentAsian":0,"percentBlack":5,"percentWhite":13,"percentIndigenous":0,"percentLatinx":80,"showFreeAndReducedPriceLunchInfo":true,"showDemographicsInfo":true,"sourceTooltipString":"the National Center for Education Statistics","gradesServed":"9 - 12","studentTeacherRatio":"10.8:1","demographicsDataSource":"MDR School","equityFocus":true,"titleOne":true,"metroType":"RURAL","ncesMetroType":"RURAL_REMOTE"},"inStateSupporters":100.0,"schoolId":57793,"financialInfo":null,"twitterShareText":"Learn more about Hayden High School on @DonorsChoose:","schoolName":"Hayden High School","canonicalPageUrl":"schools/arizona/hayden-winkelman-unified-sd-41/hayden-high-school/57793"}
