They've used them to represent numbers during math and decorate their drawings. Peeling the stickers has also strengthened their fine motor skills.\r\n\r\nIn October, we read Hey, That's My Monster and other monster stories by Amanda Noll. Afterward, students created their own monsters using the magic dough, rolling and shaping it before adding googly eyes to bring their creations to life.\r\n\r\nThey've also become pros at using liquid glue and love saying, \"Just a dot, not a lot!\" The Twistable Crayons, stamp markers, foam stickers, and colored masking tape have inspired so much creativity in our classroom.\r\n\r\nThank you again for your support. The size of the rug facilitates and encourages collaborative learning as we are able to sit closely together as a group with clearly defined areas to sit. It also provides options for seating. A cube or regular chair can be placed on the square or children can sit directly on the rug on their preferred colour.
