The materials listed in this project was mostly food items, which, as you can imagine, greatly benefit any student. \r\n\r\nOur classroom is composed of students from grades kindergarten to second that are diagnosed with autism. Some of these students have severe sensory needs and food aversions. The foods that were listed on the project were their safe foods, so having them stored in the classroom ensures that their bellies will be full, which will allow them to be ready to learn. \r\n\r\nTo the Tepper Foundation, thank you again for the materials for our classroom.
