Kindergarten is such a special time and now our whole day is filled with excitement and curiosity as students work with the materials that encourage them to think creatively, try new ideas, and learn from one another. It has been so much fun to bring learning into the classroom using kindergarteners' best language - PLAY. \r\n\r\nThese experiences may look like students are merely playing, but my students have helped my students gain important skills while developing something even more valuable - a love for learning. I have loved watching their confidence grow as they discover that they can be creators, thinkers, builders, and problem solvers. The experiences have led to social emotional growth and peer connection just in the first few weeks of school. Students are practicing communication, cooperation, fine motor skills, creativity, critical thinking, perseverance, and problem solving, all while they are building confidence in themselves as learners.\r\n\r\nThank you for investing in my students and helping make learning an experience they look forward to each and every day. Your generosity is unparalleled and I am eager to watch my kindergarten students continue to grow their curiosity, celebrate their creativity, and watch students have the opportunity to shine. I have lived for the moments as they create and say, \"Look at what I made.\" The \"I can do hard things\" mindset has blossomed and they are always dreaming to create something new. \r\n\r\nThank you for helping to bring joy, wonder, and delight into our classroom.
