Their faces lit up as we unpacked the footballs, soccer cones, PE kits, and chair bands. One student shouted, \"We get to use all of this?!\" and it is a moment I'll never forget. It was clear that these resources weren't just equipment to them, they were opportunities for movement, teamwork, and joy.\r\n\r\nSince receiving the materials, we've incorporated movement breaks into our daily routine using the chair bands and PE kits. These breaks help my students refocus during long periods of instruction, especially those who need sensory input to stay grounded and engaged. It was very relaxing for them to use on their break. \r\n\r\nAn especially challenged 5th grade student with Autism enjoyed using the jelly gummy bear sensory fidget while on his break. When he was upset the construction sand sensory toy calmed him down and he said to me multiple times \"thanks for getting us all this stuff!
