A specific moment that stands out occurred last week during a math lesson. A pair of partners felt distracted by the peers around them and were having difficulty focusing on their task. To solve this issue, they grabbed the donut seats and moved to another area in the classroom. This demonstrated their problem-solving skills and desire to be responsible learners. By having an outlet for flexible seating, they were able to stay regulated and finish the entire assignment without feeling overwhelmed by the distractions around them.
