Your donations have made a significant impact on my students. I used the resources to provide rewards for our PBIS system and prizes for their academic achievements.\r\n\r\nAt the end of the quarter, I like to have a Honors Day in the Classroom. I created 7-8 categories and rewarded students with a digital certificate, gift bag, and took a picture to send to their parents. I have 6 class periods, and I had a ceremony in each class. I handed out a total of 45 gift bags and digital certificates. Which meant, I had to send a photo message to 45 parents. The parents were so happy to hear from a teacher about something amazing their scholar is doing. \r\n\r\nThroughout the first 9 weeks of school, we have played games like Blooket to practice the skills we are learning. I have been able to provide rewards to the top 3 performers each time. We are using an intervention program called Math 180. It is a blended learning program where student practice math skills online using scaffolding, simulations, models, and more.
