These supplies allowed students to show their learning of the objective without a worksheet. \r\n The hundreds chart has accompanied our daily meeting, counting the days of school. Students are thrilled each morning as we add another number to the hundreds chart, preparing for the 100th day of school party! On that day, the numbers explode around the room, allowing the students to help count and find the patterns in the hundreds chart. \r\n The Math picture books cover objectives taught throughout our school year and will accompany each math module, integrating Reading and Math! Students enjoy taking their cellos home to practice and show families what they've learned in class. Our old cases were missing handles and backpack straps, and were generally just falling apart from years and years of use.\r\n\r\nBy purchasing new cases, this has allowed students to continue to safely get their cellos to and from school. Students who walk to school are able to use the backpack straps to become a 'cello sandwich' with their cello on their back and their backpack on their front. :)\r\n\r\nOther students are able to carry their cellos to the bus or cars more easily. \r\n\r\nThank you for helping our students keep their cellos safe!
