Students love seeing their dishes appear on the screen, and it encourages them to put even more thought into presentation, plating, and attention to detail.\r\nTechnology like this helps students learn by allowing them to visually reflect on their work. In culinary arts, presentation is just as important as taste. The digital frame gives us a way to review dishes, celebrate improvement, and highlight examples of excellent technique. They enjoy gathering around the frame to see which dishes are featured and often take extra care with garnishes and plating because they know their work may be displayed.\r\nIt has become a wonderful way to recognize student effort and creativity while inspiring others to strive for the same level of excellence.
