Getting the binders this spring, as opposed to in late summer, allowed me to complete prep so that the materials are ready for students on Day 1. \r\n\r\nStudents are really going to love how slick these are. Prior to buying these binders this school year, students were getting hole-punched, stapled packets. With the new binders, I've seen students take pride in their work and in caring for their binders. We're at a point in the school year now where I don't have to tell students explicitly how to organize their new math packets in their binders, because they now know how to be organized and they know what works best for them. \r\n\r\nI know the 6th graders of the 2026-27 (sixseeeveeeen) school year will be appreciative of your contribution.","fullyFundedDate":1772473257501,"projectUrl":"project/telescoping-binders-for-math/10125610/","projectTitle":"Telescoping Binders for Math!","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Sabga","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-5_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/10056068"}],"pageName":"schoolpage_88221","usesDonorsChoose":true,"infoPageType":"school","demographicsInfo":{"numStudents":439,"numTeachers":25,"percentFrplEligible":25,"percentAsian":3,"percentBlack":3,"percentWhite":73,"percentIndigenous":0,"percentLatinx":9,"showFreeAndReducedPriceLunchInfo":true,"showDemographicsInfo":true,"sourceTooltipString":"the National Center for Education Statistics","percentHawaiianImputed":0,"percentMultiracialImputed":9,"gradesServed":"6 - 8","studentTeacherRatio":"17.6:1","demographicsDataSource":"MDR School","equityFocus":false,"titleOne":false,"metroType":"URBAN","ncesMetroType":"CITY_LARGE"},"inStateSupporters":82.9,"schoolId":88221,"financialInfo":null,"twitterShareText":"Learn more about Gray Middle School on @DonorsChoose:","schoolName":"Gray Middle School","canonicalPageUrl":"schools/oregon/portland-public-schools/gray-middle-school/88221"}
