They each had their own mat and got to pick their favorite color yoga mat. The impact went beyond academics when completing the yoga session daily. Your donation was able to help fund getting the game of Chess into every 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade classroom at our elementary school. When the games were delivered to the classrooms the students were excited and ready to start playing right away. \r\n\r\nMy bigger take-away from this project is that Chess will continue to be available in these classrooms for years to come. As students come and go at our school they will always have the option to play Chess in their classrooms with their peers. Yesterday, I walked through some 3rd grade classrooms during recess and all 3 games were out on desks and being played. Kids were heard talking about strategy and planning for their next moves. \r\n\r\nYour donation to our project is appreciated and your dedication to supporting our students is unmatched.
