They just took a survey and are now able to follow a schedule of when each of them get to sit in the bean bag chair, gamer chairs, and use the standing desk. Everyday all of them will have easy access to the bouncy bands that are installed on every desk. They each also can use a pillow at their desk either on the bottom of their seat or at their back to help make their seat more comfortable.
