Students are also becoming more independent in other classroom tasks with practice in their decoding skills. Ordinary materials can become something extraordinary when placed in the hands of a four\\- or five\\-year\\-old\\. Your generosity gave my students opportunities to create, experiment, make choices, solve problems, and proudly say, \"Look what I made\\!\"\r\n\r\nThe art materials you provided have become much more than supplies in our classroom\\. As my students draw, paint, build, and create, they are strengthening their fine motor skills, developing creativity, expressing their thoughts and feelings, and building confidence\\.
