They've sparked creativity, and engagement in ways that are hard to capture with traditional tools. Their curiosity and excitement were immediate-they couldn't wait to look through the bins, try the tent, and ask what we would be doing next. Moving forward, these resources will continue to support our library lessons on book choice, exploration, and building a love of reading. My co teacher and I each have a sixth grade class. We share all the sixth grade students on campus. She teaches three subjects and I teach three subjects and the students switch half way through the day. \r\nIn previous years I have had one cubby cabinet and the two groups shared the space to store their materials. However, this resulted in quite a bit of lost pater work or ripped notebooks and frustration from my students. This year, with your gracious donation, I was able to purchase a second cabinet. Now I have a cubby for every student and each student is responcible to sorting, organizing and cleaning their space. The chair pockets have brought so much structure and ease to our daily routines. Instead of keeping supplies on the tables (which often led to missing crayons or pencils), each student now has their own space for their materials. Transitions are smoother, cleanup is faster, and our classroom stays neat and organized.
