The supplies from this project allow my students to routinely maintain their instruments without the barrier of financial hardship, ensuring that every student has access to the materials they need to play their best. My students were especially excited to see that we now have new tuners and valve oil available for them to use as shared class resources.\r\n\r\nAs we prepare for our upcoming Music Performance Adjudication (MPA) at the end of March, the tuners from this project have become an important part of our daily rehearsals. Students use them to check their pitch both individually and as an ensemble so we can perform with greater accuracy and confidence.
