There were big rocks and pebbles that were on the \"land\". I had to put them in groups so they all had a chance to see the action close up. They got a chance to pour the water on the land which represents rain. This made the pebbles move showing how weathering and erosion works. I asked if any of them felt like they have seen this in person before outside. Most said no. So, this project was a big success. The BEST part was that it was messy and they got to be involved with that mess and learned so much.
