My students truly loved using the lasers as they learned about the properties of light. Through your donation, they were able to see firsthand how light travels in a straight line. They especially enjoyed using the diffraction glasses, which helped them understand that white light is made up of all the colors of the light spectrum.\r\n\r\nStudents have also been using the new triple beam balances and thermometers in our science lab to practice measuring mass and temperature. These hands-on tools helped students feel like real scientists as they carefully measured, observed, and recorded their results.\r\n\r\nThese materials will continue to be used for many years as new students come through the science lab.
