From the very first day of school, our students have shown a strong interest in the various elements of the area. They especially enjoy the sequin wall panel, the weighted bear they can sit with, and the textured books that provide tactile experiences on each page.\r\n \r\nWe've also included sensory bottles that represent different emotions such as happy, angry and sad helping students begin to identify and express their feelings. A variety of fidget tools are available to support focus and self soothing, and the cozy rug paired with a comfy chair creates a welcome and peaceful atmosphere.
