With space for all 29 students to sit comfortably, it gives us the opportunity to come together as a whole class in a way that was not possible before. Having a designated space where everyone can gather helps create a strong sense of community and belonging. It allows our students to feel connected to one another while learning, sharing, and celebrating together.\r\n\r\nEvery day, our rug gives us a place to meet for morning meeting, where we begin our day by greeting one another, sharing our thoughts, and preparing for the day ahead. It is also the perfect place for read-alouds, where students can listen to stories, discover new ideas, and develop a love of reading. During lessons, gathering on the carpet allows us to learn together, participate in discussions, and engage with one another in a more personal and interactive way.\r\n\r\nPerhaps most importantly, the rug gives us a place to celebrate our happy moments together. Whether we are celebrating a student's accomplishment, sharing exciting news, recognizing someone's hard work, or simply enjoying a special classroom moment, having enough space for everyone to gather makes those experiences even more meaningful.\r\n\r\nWith a larger class of 29 students, finding a comfortable space for everyone to come together can be a challenge. Before receiving your donation, gathering the entire class on the carpet was simply not possible. Your generosity has changed that. Now, every student has a place to sit, participate, listen, and feel included. Something as simple as a rug has created new opportunities for connection, learning, and joy in our classroom.\r\n\r\nYour donation is more than just a classroom item. It is something that will be used every single day and will positively impact our students throughout the school year. The newer, updated printer has made a huge impact on our school community. The printer can print in multiple colors and is much faster than our previous printer, making it easy to get students their projects quickly! Students loved creating 3D bubble wands, keychains, bookmarks, and desk plates. They enjoyed designing their projects and seeing them come to life!\r\n\r\nI truly appreciate your support of our STEAM program. Without your donation, we would not be able to offer a 3D printing program at our school. I have seen so many students find joy in 3D printing, and it has made a lasting impact on them.
