This rug has been such a blessing to my students. At the beginning of the year, my carpet had been torn up due to mold growth. The carpet was suppose to be replaced with linoleum, however they did end up replacing it with carpet. The regrowth of mold has happened since the beginning of the school year, so students have not been able to sit on the carpet. \r\n\r\nThis rug will allow my students to sit and listen to read alouds comfortably and without concern that they are sitting on a mold infested rug. \r\n\r\nThe first read aloud we are enjoying together is, \"The Wild Robot\".
