The new dry-erase whiteboard surfaces allow students to collaborate during work time, share ideas, annotate primary and secondary source documents, and actively participate in activities and discussions. Instead of simply receiving information, students can now work together to organize their thinking, make connections, and visually demonstrate their understanding. The boards have become an everyday tool for student-centered learning and have created more opportunities for students to interact with the content and with one another.\r\n\r\nBeyond their instructional value, these whiteboards have completely revitalized the look and feel of my classroom. The outdated green chalkboards made the space feel dated and did not support the collaborative, technology-rich learning environment I strive to create for my students. Covering those boards with bright, clean, functional dry-erase surfaces has transformed the room into a more welcoming and inspiring place to learn. Students now have a classroom that feels fresh, purposeful, and reflective of the active learning taking place inside it. I am incredibly grateful to the donors who made this project possible and helped breathe new life into our classroom while giving my students tools that directly support how they learn best.","fullyFundedDate":1756127118711,"projectUrl":"project/transform-our-green-chalkboards-into-col/9502807/","projectTitle":"Transform Our Green Chalkboards Into Collaborative Whiteboards!","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Theberge","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp4238637_orig.jpg?crop=432,432,x0,y0&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1754844760351","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/laya-theberge"},{"teacherId":9362823,"projectId":8087976,"letterContent":"Thank you for your support of my students and I.
