My students love taking turns tapping, dragging, matching, and solving problems together. You can actually see their confidence grow as they work through activities and cheer each other on. The smartboard has also encouraged more collaboration—students gather around, talk through answers, and celebrate each other's successes. It has become the heart of our classroom community.\r\n\r\nSome students who are usually hesitant to participate have especially warmed to this new technology. One of my quieter learners now volunteers to lead our morning routines on the board, and another student who struggles with fine‑motor tasks has found success using the large, accessible screen. Moments like these remind me how powerful the right tools can be. As a music teacher I saw my classes once a week and each class we would choose 3-5 students who went above and beyond to receive a reward. The bigger the class the more students that got chosen.
