They learned how Rigoberta Menchu impacted not only her life but the country of Guatemala. The cost of renewable energy is declining so it will be a cheaper source of energy than traditional fossil fuels. Students observed how renewable energy works with their robot kits. Students used items like solar race car kits to create robots that move without the use of batteries.
