Having these new books in my classroom has helped students read more without having to checkout books from the school library. The series that you have donated are very popular among my second graders. \r\n\r\nWith that being said, my students were so excited to see my unbox all the new books. The rugs have made instruction time flow smoother since students can move closer to the board to see and focus better. Students have also had a clean space to sit while working with groups on projects or during independent work, such as research or writing.\r\n\r\nWhen the rugs arrived, the students were so excited. They all cheered and jumped up and down when they entered the classroom and spotted the new rug surprise. They have commented on the cheerful colors brightening their day. They also love the extra space they now have to work.\r\n\r\nWe are so thankful to those who donated towards this project!
