The new spelling resources have added an engaging, hands-on element to our Montessori classroom and have given students more opportunities to practice spelling independently and at their own pace. Students enjoy choosing the materials during their work cycle, building and practicing words, and checking their own work. It has been wonderful to watch their confidence grow as they discover that they can work through spelling challenges independently.\r\n\r\nThese materials have also allowed us to make spelling practice more meaningful and individualized. Students are able to revisit skills they are still developing while extending their learning when they are ready for a new challenge. Our next steps are to continue incorporating the Stellar Spellers materials into our daily work cycle and use them alongside our reading and writing lessons.
